वेकफिट इनोवेशन लिमिटेड: प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश सोमवार, 8 दिसंबर, 2025 को खुलेगी

मुंबई,( NHI.in): वेकफिट इनोवेशन लिमिटेड (“कंपनी”) अपने 1 रुपया अंकित मूल्य वाले इक्विटी शेयरों (“इक्विटी शेयर”) की प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (“प्रस्ताव”) सोमवार, 8 दिसंबर, 2025 को खोलने का प्रस्ताव करती है। एंकर निवेशक बोली तिथि बोली/प्रस्ताव खुलने की तिथि से एक कार्य दिवस पहले, यानी शुक्रवार, 5 दिसंबर, 2025 है। बोली/प्रस्ताव बंद होने की तिथि बुधवार, 10 दिसंबर, 2025 है।

प्रस्ताव का प्राइस बैंड 1 रुपया अंकित मूल्य के प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के लिए 185 से 195 रुपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर तय किया गया है। बोली न्यूनतम 76 इक्विटी शेयरों के लिए और उसके बाद 76 इक्विटी शेयरों के गुणकों में लगाई जा सकती है।

प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश में 3,771.78 मिलियन रुपये तक के इक्विटी शेयरों का एक नया इश्यू और विक्रय शेयरधारकों द्वारा 46,754,405 इक्विटी शेयरों तक का बिक्री प्रस्ताव शामिल है। इसमें अंकित गर्ग के 7,729,488 इक्विटी शेयर और चैतन्य रामलिंगगौड़ा के 4,452,185 इक्विटी शेयर (एक साथ “प्रमोटर सेलिंग शेयरहोल्डर्स”) शामिल हैं; नितिका गोयल के 899,205 इक्विटी शेयर, पीक XV पार्टनर्स इन्वेस्टमेंट्स VI के 20,374,774 इक्विटी शेयर, रेडवुड ट्रस्ट के 138,047 इक्विटी शेयर, वर्लिनवेस्ट एस.ए. के 10,193,506 इक्विटी शेयर, साई ग्लोबल इंडिया फंड I, एलएलपी के 413,150 इक्विटी शेयर और पैरामार्क केबी फंड I के 2,554,050 इक्विटी शेयर (एक साथ “अन्य सेलिंग शेयरहोल्डर्स”) शामिल हैं।

कंपनी के इक्विटी शेयरों को बीएसई लिमिटेड और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड पर सूचीबद्ध करने का प्रस्ताव है।

एक्सिस कैपिटल लिमिटेड, आईआईएफएल कैपिटल सर्विसेज लिमिटेड और नोमुरा फाइनेंशियल एडवाइजरी एंड सिक्योरिटीज (इंडिया) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इस प्रस्ताव के लिए बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर्स (बीआरएलएम) हैं।
